Two of the most visually arresting places on earth in a single trip. Wadi Rum's vast red desert was shaped over millennia for golden hour photography. Petra's rose-red carved sandstone reveals itself differently by the hour. This isn't a checklist tour of Jordan. We'll slow down, seek out the best light, and experience these places rather than simply passing through them.

The Galápagos is unlike anywhere on earth. Wildlife so unafraid of humans you photograph them at arm's length. Add a total solar eclipse to that, and you have a once-in-a-lifetime photographic event. Two phenomena. One extraordinary trip. Only 6 guest spots.

Mini Photo Adventures are small-group photography experiences built around places I want to explore and photograph. Some are close to home. Others might be worth a road trip, a flight, or a night away.

I choose the place, plan the photography, and open a handful of spots.

Rob's there when you want his eye on something. Ask away. He just won't be lecturing. The focus is on being present, shooting, and exploring.

Not a photographer? You're welcome too. These adventures are built around photography, but enjoying interesting places doesn't require carrying a camera.
