Private Colorado Photography Tours
Colorado, Built Around You
Maybe you're visiting Colorado and have one free day with your camera. Maybe you live here and want to discover somewhere new. Or maybe there's something specific you've always wanted to photograph.
This isn't a fixed tour with the same stops every time.
We'll start with what interests you. Mountains. Wildlife. Waterfalls and streams. Fall color. Snow and ice. Wildflowers. Intimate landscapes. Maybe a little of everything.
Then I'll build a day around the season, weather, current conditions, available light, and what we can realistically experience in the time we have.
Every Photo Day is different because every photographer and every day in Colorado is different.
Built Around You
What You Want to Photograph
Tell me what draws you to Colorado and what you'd love to come home with.
Your Schedule
Choose a date and tell me how much time you have. We'll build the experience around it.
The Conditions
Colorado changes constantly. I'll consider season, weather, wildlife activity, water, snow, fall color and other current conditions when planning our day.
Your Pace
We aren't trying to check locations off a list. We'll have time to explore, work a scene and stop when something interesting catches our attention.

Mountain Landscapes
Big views, dramatic peaks, changing weather and Colorado light.
Wildlife
Elk, moose, bighorn sheep and other wildlife when conditions and seasons give us the opportunity.
Water & Waterfalls
Mountain streams, waterfalls, reflections and moving water.
Intimate Landscapes
Trees, textures, ice, patterns, rock, plants and the smaller scenes that are easy to walk past.
Seasonal Colorado
Wildflowers, fall color, winter landscapes, snow and whatever the season gives us.
You don't have to choose just one. Tell me what interests you and we'll figure out what makes sense for your day.
How It Works
1. Tell Me What You're Looking For
Send me your date, what you'd like to photograph, where you're staying, and anything else I should know.
2. I'll Build the Day
I'll look at the season, locations, conditions and photographic opportunities and put together a plan.
3. We Meet in Colorado
We'll meet at the agreed location and head out with our cameras. Transportation can be arranged.
4. Then We See What the Day Gives Us
We'll have a plan, but some of the best photographs happen when we're willing to change it.

TAGLINE!
Colorado's Front Range & Beyond
Private Photo Days are available in select locations around Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado's Front Range.
Where we go depends on what you want to photograph, the season, current conditions, accessibility, and commercial photography regulations for each location.
Have somewhere particular in mind? Tell me. If I can legally and practically build a Photo Day around it, we'll explore the possibility.
Come With a Camera. Or Just Come Along.
Private Photo Days are built around photography, but everyone in your group doesn't need to be a photographer.
A partner or friend is welcome to come along simply because they want to experience Colorado with you.
And if you are photographing, you don't need to be an expert. I'll help as much or as little as you'd like.
